Aphorisms and Assorted Writings: Part 1
The Cult of Hard Work: A Perverse Modern Ideal
The Cult of Hard Work has been a great woe upon the human soul and the cause of untold misery ever since the Protestant Reformation of the 16th century. It is the false religion of toil—the church of masters and the creed of slaves—whose delusory catechism holds that the highest purpose of life is to «have a job», that every man must «justify» his own right to exist through voluntary submission to «full-time employment», that work is inherently good and moral, even if it is simply work for its own sake; and that relentless industry somehow confers dignity. The bourgeois moralists are its fanatical priests, the hard-working toilers are its eulogized saints and the slackers and the unemployed are its damned sinners.
The self-righteous preachers of the Cult of Hard Work would have us believe that endless labor is not only necessary but that it also holds some kind of intrinsic value and makes better people. Work is framed as a moral duty. Full-time employment is considered a blessing. Perpetual servitude becomes the benchmark of social respectability. Exhausted corporate slaves brag sanctimoniously about their 70 hour workweeks and hypocritical politicians heap tireless praise upon all «hard-working» citizens and taxpayers. Idleness is looked down upon as a moral failure. Unemployment and underemployment are deplored as a great tragedy. The desire to avoid work is perceived as a serious defect of character. If there is not enough work to go around, the moralists of labor bemoan the situation of freedom—freedom from toil—and call for the creation of more work! Everybody must partake in the beatitudes of the Cult of Hard Work, or so we are supposed to believe.
The Promethean Rebel, like all ancient philosophers and aristocratic souls, holds a visceral aversion towards the Cult of Hard Work. He finds nauseating its vision of morbid industriousness. He senses its blatant meaninglessness. In truth, prolonged and monotonous drudgery does nothing to uplift or ennoble the human soul; it only exhausts its victims, vampirizes their vitality, stultifies the mind and deprives the truly brilliant of their precious time and energy for personal evolution and noble creative pursuits. It is undeniable that full-time employment uses up a tremendous amount of nervous energy and obstructs the development of reason, philosophical reflection and artistic creativity. The so-called «work ethic» of the modern world only serves to trap the majority of the population in a condition of mediocrity and produce lower types of men. It condemns everybody to an unvarying lifestyle of conformity and destroys all manifestations of true individuality. The Cult of Hard Work must be denounced as the primary driving force of mass-levelling and as a lamentable waste of human life and potential.
Lovers of Work: A Lower Type of Man
Some people, however, insist that employment is their everything. Work, they claim, provides their lives with meaning and gives them a reason to exist. Apparently those people are more than content to wake up early each day and spend the better part of their hours of wakefulness performing some repetitious task in a small office cubicle or a dreary warehouse in exchange for a meager wage of fiat money. They are somehow able to love their own servitude. The happy slaves seem to cherish the structure that a nine-to-five grind affords them. They say that their work gives them «something to do». Many of them cannot even imagine any other way of living.
Lovers of work—those who need to do a nine-to-five job in order to find their lives meaningful—are without doubt lower types of men. They are the unbrilliant and the mediocre. They are slavish and unimaginative souls. They are people of an inferior mental constitution. Lovers of work will never imagine fulfillment in art, music, writing or athletic activities. It would never occur to them to take up drawing, learn a musical instrument, become a writer or dedicate themselves to a sport or a program of physical training. Today there are more edifying activities and opportunities for personal development than ever, but the impoverished souls of certain people remain unable to dream of anything more than a life of paperwork, a supermarket checkout or an industrial production line. It is obvious that those types are among the dull-witted and the spiritually retarded.
Higher types of men create our own meaning through artistic pursuits and the evolution of the self. There are always so many intellectual worlds that captivate our minds and so many noble activities over which we desire to gain mastery. We do not find boredom in freedom nor do we need to subject ourselves to a schedule imposed by somebody else in order to find «something to do». We would rather produce a beautiful painting or write a fascinating book than toil mechanically in some humiliating office. We would rather compose soulful music or dedicate ourselves obsessively to the martial arts than sell the time of our lives and most of our vital energy to a corporate employer. We always strive to cultivate our own virtues and forge ourselves into something greater. Any form of full-time employment—which invariably serves to curtail our freedom and individuality—proves to be nothing more than an obstacle.
Work Ethic: A Modern Disease
The latter half of the 20th century was undoubtedly an age of unprecedented technological progress. As robotic technologies advanced, automated systems began to displace human workers at ever increasing rates and brought about a new trend of high unemployment. The machines proved to be much more efficient. They produced a much greater abundance than anything seen before. They performed any productive task with perfect precision. They labored tirelessly and without any need for rest. Humans simply could not compete with the machines. As a consequence, the notion of «work» in its traditional sense has started to become somewhat irrelevant in today's high-tech world.
Why have we not seen a massive liberation from the monotony of work? Why have we not seen a significant reduction of the workweek and an increase of free time in recent decades?
Unfortunately, the moralists of labor—those same self-righteous priests of the Cult of Hard Work—continue to make noise. They still wish to push the absurd notion that a nine-to-five routine in an office cubicle or a factory somehow confers dignity and makes better people despite the growing obsolescence of human labor. They still cling to the retrograde doctrine that every man must subject himself to full-time employment and suffer many hours of drudgery in order to «justify» his own right to exist despite the obvious liberatory power of automation. The moralists of labor lament the trend of «technological unemployment». They bemoan as a great tragedy the freedom of humans from toil. «More jobs must be created!» they insist. «New forms of work must be created out of nothing!»
Ancient Man would have never conceived of such intellectual and spiritual decadence. The great philosophers of Classical Greece saw work (douleía) as nothing more than an unfortunate source of suffering and a necessary evil to be reduced to an absolute minimum. Ancient Men despised work. They found no value in relentless toil. Ancient Men instead loved freedom and preferred the cultivation of true personal excellence. Work was the fate of only slaves or doúloi. Servitude was considered a great shame and a loss of dignity.
Aristotle, the Athenian man of wisdom, lamented the endless drudgery of the Greek slave class and imagined an ideal society in which the use of automatic machinery would usher in a new age of human freedom:
«If every tool could be used effortlessly, or move itself like the masterpieces of Daedalus or begin spontaneously their sacred work like Vulcan's tripods; if, for example, the weaver's shuttles did their own weaving, the head of the shop would not need any assistant, nor the master slaves.»
Aristotle's utopian fantasy is today our reality. In the 21st century, the bulk of important productive tasks could be automated. Robots could be applied to spare us the tedium of a 40 hour workweek. It is already possible to put an end to the current system of wage slavery and free the modern doúloi from their endless drudgery. It is already possible to establish a much more lenient 15 hour workweek and redesign a new society conducive to the maximization of human freedom. Yet the moralists of labor continue to impose their same pernicious doctrine of «work ethic» and so many modern men remain slaves to work, to sanctified toil, to labor for its own sake.
If the classical philosophers were alive today and beheld the present condition of our modern world, they would surely find repulsive the abject degeneracy of modern man, seeing him as much more backward and depraved than even the most uncivilized barbarians of their own time.
Manufactured Servitude: The Absurdity of Job Creation
The 21st century is an age of unprecedented material abundance. Our society is wealthier than ever and this exponential increase of wealth is largely due to the development of more efficient robotic technologies across all industries. Today many important commodities can already be produced in much greater quantities and with much more economy than ever before. Some futurists have even begun to speculate about the possibility of an economic system of post-scarcity in the near future.
The same robotic technologies, however, have also become the cause of mass unemployment throughout the industrialized world. Today the productive operations of whole factories can be automated substantially. Manned production lines are disappearing at a rapid rate. Even the service sector has begun to undergo a shift towards automated systems as it becomes increasingly irrational to keep inefficient human workers. The undeniable reality is that the demand for human labor has diminished considerably and ever more people are finding themselves in the unemployment line.
What is the solution to this perceived problem? The moralists of labor and other modern regressives continue to bewail the prospect of a new postmodern lifestyle of increased leisure and freedom. They could never conceive of a generalized reduction of working hours and the subsequent spreading out of any remaining non-automatable tasks among more people. They would never agree to the introduction of a 15 hour workweek nor to a great emancipation of human beings from relentless servitude. Instead every politician and mainstream economist will only tell us that our society needs to «create more jobs» in order to overcome the «social problem» of mass unemployment. More work must be created out of nothing. All kinds of absurd positions must be invented so that all people may suffer equally the same drudgerous 40 hour workweek.
Our philosophy with its greater honesty and its higher idealism proposes a more radical yet at the same time more reasonable approach. We regard employment itself as the real problem—an undesirable condition—and recognize robotic technologies and cybernation as the authentic solution. We advocate the deliberate automation of the greater part of the productive operations of civilization within the context of community-based economies aimed at the direct supply of human needs and the subsequent planned progression towards a new model of post-work society in which the population is free from excessive toil and economic exploitation. Our vision eschews the outmoded political notions of conventional society and prefers only futurological considerations based on the scientific method and the intelligent use of technology. Ideas such as «labor for income» and the supposed moral obligation to «earn a living» are simply artificial constructs.
In reality, people do not need more jobs; they simply need access to resources. Modern society is a backward dystopia. People are forced to seek jobs that do not exist (and do not need to exist) simply to obtain a paycheck of imaginary fiat money with which to purchase access to resources which already exist in abundance. In light of this situation, the current system of employment, along with the absurd notion of job creation, proves to be nothing more than a hindrance and a source of inefficiency. It would simply be better to cut out the real problem—the artificial need for employment—and begin to devise a more relevant system of economy.
The Myth of Laziness
The bourgeois moralists love to criticize the «lazy». One of their preferred pastimes is to rant endlessly about how the youngsters of today do not want to work and how the sin of «idleness» will ultimately bring about the downfall of civilization. It is through this self-righteous condemnation of so-called «slackers» that the bourgeois moralists attempt to praise themselves as «hard-working» and «upstanding» citizens. Their whole campaign against the «lazy» is nothing more than a self-congratulatory bourgeois circle jerk.
The truth is that there is no such thing as «laziness» in the pathological sense. The negative valuation ascribed to the desire to avoid some kind of activity is simply a subjective human value which is imbued with a moralistic undercurrent and only holds relevance within the context of the ideology of modern economic materialism.
What many today call «laziness»—a desire to avoid full-time employment—is simply a natural and rational response to an absurd system which forces people to spend most of their waking hours in a humiliating office cubicle or a dreary warehouse performing some repetitious and mind-numbing task that anybody of sound intellect would utterly despise. The attitudes and behaviors associated with it are more concretely a natural and rational rebellion against an imposed condition of indirect coercion and morbid hyperactivity.
«Laziness» is a myth. We are only lazy towards tiresome obligations and the tedious activities that we hate. We are never lazy when it comes to our true passions and the things that we love to do.
An indolent disposition is the byproduct of an unnatural modern society centered around continuous work. In truth, modern people long constantly for a state of idleness—to sit in front of a television set and loaf around on the sofa for hours on end and at any given opportunity—simply as a refuge from the relentless busyness of the modern industrial beehive.
Morality as Unnatural Tribalism and Groupthink
The notion of «morality» itself is wholly absurd from its very foundation and constitutes an utter aberration from all naturalness. I must confess that I find it perplexingly alien to the constitution of my aristocratic soul and even disgusting and worthy of scorn. Moral values—which are often held to be absolute by their preceptors and deemed to be permanent and unchallengeable by the unthinking majority—are mere inventions of men, purely fictitious notions of the herd, totally divorced from the real conditions of life and without any basis in the natural order. The formula of all moralizations of human behavior is the following: «If one does not perform X action which our tradition holds as right and sacred, or if one does not refrain from doing Y action which our ideology condemns as wrong and sinful, then he is a bad person and is deserving of reproach and ostracism». Of course, most conceptions of «morality» only serve to cause much more suffering and cruelty than the order and the wellbeing that they are purported to uphold.
Such artificial moralizations of reality invariably lead to mindless tribalism and the most slavish groupthink. Ideological tyrants and the weak and the dissatisfied attempt to shame and emotionally blackmail the strong and the free-spirited, subjecting them to their own imaginary precepts which they misrepresent as «objective» and «universal». Individuals and outgroups who refuse to perform actions deemed «correct» by the moralistic ingroup or who decide to participate in actions which the moralistic ingroup prohibits as «incorrect» will inevitably be singled out as an «enemy» and despised as an «evildoer».
Such mindless tribalism of morality pervades modern society and assumes multiple forms. Both rightists and leftists are staunch moralists and tribalists; they simply disagree on what constitutes correct morality. The rightists push the values of traditionalism or bourgeois culture or conventional religion or a combination of all of these things and demonize anybody who does not conform to their own ideals of family and nation, industriousness or religious devotion. They praise themselves as «moral» and «respectable» and even the sole representatives of «freedom» and openly condemn proponents of gay rights, critics of capitalism, opponents of their own religion or anybody of leftist leanings as «immoral», «evil», «satanic», «communists» or «haters of freedom». The leftists spread their dogmas of egalitarianism and political correctness and viciously slander anybody who does not accept their own ideals of equality, proletarian culture or anti-religion or their own particular vision of socialism. They praise themselves as «progressive» and «tolerant» and the true bearers of «freedom» or at least their brand thereof and aggressively attack deniers of egalitarianism, critics of Marxist orthodoxy, the religious and the spiritual or anybody of various outgroups accusing them of being «regressive» or «intolerant» or «class enemies» or «adversaries of progress». It is always a mentality of «we the good against them the evil ones».
It is evident that no moralist truly understands the nature of man. His judgment will always be distorted by his own artificial constructs and his own childish perception of the world as a game of «right» vs. «wrong» or «rewards» and «punishments». In reality, living beings simply act in accordance with their natural instincts and their present level of consciousness. It is the quality of the latter that determines their outlook on life and their behavioral responses at any given moment of their existence. Individuals of evolved consciousness will find themselves drawn to philosophical introspection, intelligent cooperation, magnanimity, nobility, empathy and edifying pursuits whereas individuals of inferior or diminished consciousness will naturally gravitate towards thoughtless extremism, irrational tribalism, fear-based conformity, intolerance, vengefulness and activities of destruction. All notions of «morality» in the sense of artificial values imposed by society are totally absurd. All kinds of judgmentalism and attempts to moralize human behavior are thoroughly unnatural and derive from an erroneous understanding of human nature.
I describe myself as a man of a «primeval mind» and am proud to admit that I follow unabashedly my own natural instincts and reject emphatically the artificial moral values of the social leaders and the unthinking herd. However, some people will inevitably ask me: «If you say that you do not acknowledge any established morality then why is it that you do not simply kill people, steal their possessions, swindle your neighbors and rape any woman after whom you may lust?» The answer to this senseless question is simple: I simply do not desire to perform those destructive actions because my superior level of consciousness and my innate nobility of character do not dispose me to such vile intentions and only lead me to benevolent thoughts, edifying actions, intelligent judgment and feelings of magnanimity. I do not need a written «moral code» in order to understand that murder and theft only result in an increase of entropy and chaos. I do not need a «revealed commandment» in order to refrain from from deceiving my neighbors and raping women. Indeed, only those who are spiritually retarded require written «moral codes» in order to keep them from committing murder and all kinds of sociopathic criminality. Anybody of a noble spiritual constitution knows intuitively how to live with dignity of soul and in accordance with the natural order of the cosmos. Consciousness is superior to «morality».
Ergomania: The Greatest Source of Suffering
Behind all the sanctimonious glorification of arduous toil and the tireless lip service paid to the modern ideal of «work ethic» there lies an uncomfortable and rarely acknowledged truth: work—or our modern society's morbid obsession with such—is undeniably the source of nearly all of the misery and unhappiness in the world. Just about every ill that one could care to name has its origin either directly or indirectly in a society designed for the maximization of labor.
First, the image of the healthy and happy worker is a blatant lie. An «active work life» does not confer physical health or mental wellbeing. Rather the burdensome 40 hour workweek of this dystopia only leaves its victims in a state of perpetual exhaustion and is the primary cause of all kinds of physical ailments and psychological disorders including chronic stress, insomnia, heart disease, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, alcoholism and substance abuse. The disturbing reality is that many modern slaves are slowly destroying their own bodies and their own minds and killing themselves with work. The human being, originally a free hunter-gatherer, has not evolved to endure such a lifestyle of excessive industriousness.
Second, the idea that a regular nine-to-five routine provides a sense of meaning and fulfillment is nothing more than another baseless falsehood. For the majority of the population, the modern lifestyle of constant work only gives rise to an overwhelming sense of ennui (boredom) and dissatisfaction. Many people, particularly the creative artistic types, are tormented by a certain emptiness of the soul and a longstanding feeling of frustration as they find themselves unable to pursue their true passions or their own personal development due to a severe lack of free time and energy. They are overcome with helplessness and resentment as they perceive themselves trapped in a rut of spiritual stagnation and always under the dark shadow of drudgerous employment. In truth, an existence of relentless industry necessitated by external economic factors only sows the seeds of existential crises and nihilism.
Third, the belief that full-time employment offers a sense of camaraderie and social belonging within a company setting is simply yet another destructive myth. The stark reality is that the most work-obsessed societies tend to have also the most impoverished social cultures and the highest incidences of social isolation. In advanced industrial nations, many workers and corporate serfs find themselves constantly afflicted by the depressive emotion of loneliness as they realize that their long and exhausting work schedule leaves them almost no time to form meaningful relationships with other human beings or spend quality time with their friends and significant others. One can only imagine how many friendships have withered away and how many marriages have been ruined beyond repair at the hands of the loathsome cult of labor. Arduous toil has always been a merciless destroyer of human connectivity.
Fourth, the assumption that the more work there is the better the condition of society could not be any further from the truth. In reality, the modern spirit of ergomania is nothing short of an ecological hazard. Every morning millions of people drive through the streets of the overcrowded cities in order to reach their place of employment and resume their often pointless and non-productive jobs. In the process they burn many tonnes of fossil fuels and produce unspeakable levels of pollution throughout the urban centers. In fact, the only reason for overpopulated cities in the first place is none other than the very need for employment in the capitalist system. Aspiring professionals and the poorer sections of the population alike crowd into the larger cities in their desperate attempt to find the best-paid jobs and a greater variety of laboral opportunities. Needless to say, the resulting pollution is terrible. Not only does it pose a great detriment to the health of the toiling urban population but it is also contributing to the destruction of the environment of our planet.
Interestingly, in many ancient languages, the terms for work or toil were commonly associated with pain and distress. The Greek nouns kópos and móchthos, which both refer to hard work, include the nuances of suffering and hardship respectively. Likewise, the pre-classical Latin noun labos (gen. labōris) from which the English word «labor» is derived originally held the meanings of struggle, suffering and misery. One can only say that ancient men were much more honest than the delusional or hypocritical work ethicists of the modern age.
Work is the greatest source of suffering. In order to stop suffering first we must stop working. If we were a sound and rational people; if, for example, we were like the ancient men of the classical world, we would undoubtedly redesign society not for the maximization of labor but rather for the maximization of leisure and personal development. Machine would become the new slave class and Man would be liberated from the evils of toil.
Non-Aggression Principle: The Cowardice of Pseudo-Libertarians
Right-wing «libertarians» and anarcho-capitalists—those who are in favor of a totally unregulated economy and therefore unlimited corporate power—are cowards and hypocrites. They hide behind their highly touted «non-aggression principle» since they are so afraid of conflict and physical violence. They promote the idea that all aggressive action is inherently illegitimate given that they find so terrifying the prospect of a bloody uprising of the same people whom their own hegemonic class exploits ruthlessly by virtue of its private property laws, its overwhelming control of capital, its arrangement of systemic coercion and its monopoly on legalized violence. A conclusive overturning of the status quo of economic and political power would be their worst nightmare.
The wealthy landowners and industrialists will often attempt to justify their predatory exploitation of the poor by arguing that «free market» capitalism is fundamentally amoral and based purely on rational self-interest. Some even consider that their own actions equate to «natural law». However, as soon as they are faced with the threat of a violent rebellion of the exploited workers, the same wealthy landowners and industrialists will invariably condemn the use of violence as a wholly immoral act and appeal to the non-aggression principle as their primary defense. Is not the natural world amoral? Does not might make right? Are not the exploited workers turned violent rebels only acting in their own rational self-interest? Is not their desire for autonomy an aspect of natural law?
Today's pseudo-libertarians, with their non-aggression principle, are akin to a cowardly schoolyard bully who begins to denounce violence as soon as some of his victims decide to fight back.
Pacifism: The Height of Immorality
Modern men have enshrined peace as one of their foremost ideals. They regard peaceful protest as a the only political solution. They blindly praise the ideas and deeds of famous pacifists such as Gandhi without ever asking themselves whether such principles are grounded in reality or whether they are even beneficial to their own communities. Why is it that so many people of the modern world are so overwhelmingly inclined towards pacifistic ideologies? They are terrified of conflict and physical violence. They fear all that is strong and warlike. They like to disguise their own cowardice and weakness of spirit as the seemingly commendable and feel-good ideal of pacifism.
Pacifism, however, is an unnatural and perverse value. It betrays the instinct of survival. It holds no legitimacy in the natural world where might makes right. In this sense, all pacifistic currents prove to be utterly irrational and meaningless, for they only pose a detriment to life itself.
In truth, it is only natural to kill tyrants, oppressors and all those who make an attempt against our freedom and our survival. It is immoral, on the other hand, to refuse to fight against tyranny and oppression. If there were an invasion against a settlement by a tribe of marauding barbarians and a significant part of the townsfolk refused to take up arms and fight for their defense; if, for example, the highpriest ordered a posture of passive non-violence in the name of his pacifistic religion, the unfortunate result would be nothing less than untold deaths and universal enslavement, not to mention countless other atrocities such as widespread rape and torture. The cowards of pacifism are willing to sacrifice freedom and life itself to an empty ideal.
Pacifists are depraved. They are lower types of men who hide behind a mask of moral superiority. They find themselves among the worst of degenerates and sickliest abominations of the human gene pool. Any posture of passive non-violence is a creed of slaves and the eternally oppressed. «To turn the other cheek» only allows tyrants to continue to oppress their victims with impunity.
The Necessity of Gun Ownership
Many communities value certain liberties recognized by the society as a whole and take great pride in their own established way of life. Often these liberties and cultural values are greatly conducive to human wellbeing and serve to ensure the prosperity of the people. The validity of such ideals relies exclusively upon a mutual agreement to recognize and uphold them on the part of the community itself. Some have proposed the notion of «inalienable rights» and give as examples life, freedom and estate. However, all of these so-called rights, no matter how noble they might be, are certainly not inalienable. They can easily be snatched away from us by tyrants and oppressors.
A tribe of invading barbarians or a corrupt and tyrannical element of the domestic government does not care about the ideals of others or any concept of rights. Their only understanding of nature is force. They have no reason to respect the social customs and artificial laws of the peoples whom they conquer. If we do not take up arms and defend our territories, our lives, our freedom and our resources by force, the ruthless invaders will simply kill us, enslave us, subject our people to their own demands and plunder our possessions. In the natural world there is no such thing as «inalienable rights». The only truth is that might makes right. The ownership of firearms is necessary for the protection of our liberties and our desired way of life. Our ideals are useless if we do not have the means to defend them (or the willingness to fight for them).
The gun control advocates—those who oppose our right to bear firearms—are utterly insane. What they propose to do will only serve to disarm law-abiding citizens and take away our ability to defend ourselves against any kind of violence and tyranny. Their absurd policies will only relegate us to a condition of defenseless victimhood and leave the fate of our lives in the hands of external authorities. The gun control idiots will rant on about violent shootings and appeal to the emotions of other depraved pacifists; however, they are totally unable to refute the objective and rational argument included herein.
40 Hour Workweek: The Best Police
We live in an age of unprecedented technological advancement. Many industrial tasks have been taken over by efficient and untiring machines and many other sectors of the economy will undergo a significant degree of automation in the upcoming decades. In the end, there is no logical reason for people to work anywhere near as much as they do today.
Why is everyone still subjected to a long and monotonous 40 hour workweek despite the obvious liberatory power of modern technology?
In truth, the current condition of our morbid ergomanic society has been orchestrated by design. The shadowy architects of this dystopia—those who control finance, industry and the mass media—are determined to keep everybody chained down by heavy toil and in a state of perpetual exhaustion. They wish to make it so that nobody has enough free time to educate himself and awaken to their multifarious deceptions. What they fear the most is the prospect of an enlightened rebellion on our part. Therefore, the minds of the masses must always be diverted towards industry and trade. People's lives must be occupied with relentless work and mind-numbing entertainment. The slaves must never be given time to think for themselves and take note of their common enemy.
A tiresome 40 hour workweek is the best police. The power elite does not fear a population of unthinking workers exhausted by endless drudgery and distracted by lowbrow reality television. It would fear, however, an army of conscious humans who have reached a high level of enlightenment and armed themselves with a noble ideal of true freedom.
The Illusion of Freedom
In the Western world, the official line is that we are all free and live in a democracy. We believe that we have our freedom because we have the power to elect our own puppet leaders every four years or so. We have convinced ourselves that we live in a free country because we have been given people's rights.
The modern concept of freedom is completely bogus. It is nothing more than a blatant deception. In reality the vast majority of the population is not really free at all. Most people are forced to submit to long hours of employment compelled by external economic factors. They have no choice but to conform to the imposed schedules and the numerous demands of the private micro-dictatorship that employs them. Some will retort that people are free to create their own business if they wish but even in that case small business owners will still remain subjected to the «market forces» of the economic and financial systems of the corporate elite. Right-wing «libertarians» whose ideology has nothing to do with any kind of real freedom speak endlessly about «voluntaryism» asserting that employees are free because they themselves have consented to employment and all of its conditions but at the same time they completely ignore the fact that most people are forced to accept forms of employment that they do not really want to do due to a situation of systemic coercion. What use are fictitious people's rights when one is subjected to the tyranny of capital?
True freedom is to be able to get up each morning and decide for ourselves our own pursuits and activities without the restrictions of an imposed schedule or external obligations or any form of coercion whether it be direct or indirect. He who is truly free is the master of his own daily life. If a man has to get up early each morning and sell the greater part of his time and energy to an employer in exchange for a paycheck; if, for example, he has to put on a suit and tie that he considers uncomfortable and ridiculous, commute through the busy city which he considers tiresome and stressful and show up to a job that he does not even like, then that person is by no means truly free no matter how much others like to argue that his consent is voluntary. He is simply a slave to the interests of somebody else. The truth is that very few people enjoy true freedom. Among this rare kind are millionaires, aristocrats born into old money and to some degree those who have successfully created for themselves sources of passive income.
True Freedom, Transcendental Freedom and Destiny
True freedom, as I have explained, is not the democratic right to vote for a puppet leader or the liberal «freedom» to consent to wage labor in the context of the «free market». No true eleutherophile would ever consider such a condition as authentically free. Rather true freedom is a condition of liberation from imposed obligations, external forces, coercion and servitude. Under the present circumstances what it means to be free is to have enough wealth and financial autonomy to live without the need to subject oneself to employment and at a deeper and more idealistic level a free society is one in which local communities enjoy self-sufficiency through collaborative public commons and are therefore independent from all coercive entities such as the government, corporations, the capitalist market, et cetera. A free individual is a millionaire who is not subjected to anybody else and lives his life on his own terms or somebody who lives outside of any coercive system.
However, even in the case of this level of total economic freedom or independence from any repressive institution, one is still not totally free in all aspects of material existence. As mere mortal humans we are still beholden to the decrees of destiny. There are always circumstances of our own lives that remain beyond our control. For example, a person who is of extremely short stature in adulthood is unable to grow taller no matter how much he dislikes his own perceived deficiency. His lack of stature is largely determined by his own genetics and after a certain age will be unalterable. Likewise, a person who is hideously unattractive due to unusual proportions of the face and the body or certain physical deformities will also find his own lot in life unescapable. He will feel like a prisoner in his own body. Cosmetic surgeries can only go so far. As if that were not bad enough, a male with an underdeveloped pecker has no way to make his poor excuse for a manhood grow any larger. He will always be a slave to inadequacy and embarrassment. In fact, people cannot even choose their own birth gender, their own nationality, their own racial characteristics or their own birthplace. We are constrained not only by our own genetic makeup but also by various external situations.
Transcendental freedom would arise from the ability to reencode one's own DNA at will and thereby transcend the limits of destiny following the achievement of «godhood» resulting from the total ascension of the Kundalini and the realization of the alchemical «Opus Magnum» on the part of a more spiritually advanced future humanity. A superior Homo Divinus would simply be able to reprogram his own genetic code for greater height if he so wished, heal his own physical imperfections through changes of frequency and transform virtually any aspect of his own life through a process of higher genetic alchemy. Such would be the maximum expression of individual freedom. To be a god is to be the master of our own destiny.
The Toxicity of Anglo-Saxon Culture
The Anglosphere, which comprises the Anglophone nations of the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Canada and Australia, has become the hegemonic cultural current of the modern world. Although Anglo-Saxon societies are materially affluent and tend to be regarded as exemplars of modern progress, a deeper observation will reveal the rarely acknowledged truth that a large part of their culture is objectively toxic and fundamentally detrimental to the human soul as evidenced by the high prevalence of mental illness, neurotic behaviors and social dysfunction among Anglophone people. After a great deal of contemplation, I have come to the conclusion that the following are the most salient elements of Anglo-Saxon cultural toxicity.
Materialism—Anglo-Saxon societies are abjectly materialistic. Happiness is so blatantly associated with wealth and consumption. People are encouraged to define their own value by how much they earn and what things they own. Wherever the eye looks everything is so highly commercialized. All aspects of life become commodified within the market and nothing is regarded as sacred anymore. People work constantly in order to buy shallow experiences within a phony ersatz culture. Everybody is so obsessed with popular designer brands, upscale bars and overpriced restaurants and everything is so expensive. There prevails in the Anglo-Saxon psyche the widespread impression that it is impossible to have fun without spending copious amounts of money. Soulless consumerism has now become a substitute for real human connection and the truly soulful experiences of life.
Anti-Intellectualism—Anglo-Saxon people are for the most part only concerned with the most mundane matters of a material nature. They rarely ever explore deeper intellectual ideas or abstract concepts or anything of a more metaphysical nature and much less discuss these kinds of topics in social settings. In countries such as England and the United States even people of the middle class are total philistines with little appreciation for art, history, philosophy or literature and with interest only for simple and practical affairs such as money, business, relationships and entertainment. Of the English people Nietzsche wrote: «They are no philosophical race». He observed even back in the 19th century that their philosophers lack intellectual depth and only understand the most mechanical and utilitarian lines of thought. This Anglo-Saxon attitude is in sharp contrast with that of the Continental Europeans whose societies tend to place greater value on philosophy and erudition. Anglo-Saxon culture will be perceived as impoverished and suffocating by souls of a deeper and more introspective nature.
Ergomania—Anglo-Saxon societies are nauseating industrial beehives. They have been explicitly designed for work and consumption. Human beings are viewed as nothing more than economic resources for productivity and profit and this dystopian perception extends deeply into the Anglo-Saxon psyche. The topic of work is so moralized with the bizarre notion of «work ethic» which characterizes all of the Germanic nations. The «hardworking» constantly praise themselves as though their own condition of relentless servitude were something of which to be proud and there are always tireless witch hunts against the «lazy» and the «unemployed». The Anglo-Saxon believes that «toil» is the meaning of life. He considers that his only purpose is to «have a job». His kind has been engineered from an early age to be the perfect slave. The Anglo-Saxon obsession with work is totally unnatural and destructive. It is undoubtedly the primary cause of the suffocating depression, the social disconnectedness, the spiritual apathy and the countless cultural neuroses which plague the Anglosphere.
Hypercompetitivity—The crass economic materialism and the pervasive ergomania of Anglo-Saxon society have naturally given rise to an inordinate concern for social status and a visible cutthroat mentality in a significant part of the population. Many people will do anything to get ahead in the rat race for success even to the detriment of their own psychological wellbeing and will even prioritize their own material goals over the human beings in their lives and any notion of personal principles. Nowhere else in the world has the pathetic egoism of bourgeois liberalism been so strongly rooted. The maniacal struggle for economic prosperity and social superiority of the Anglosphere has created cold and heartless communities devoid of cooperative spirit or civic-mindedness and full of envy and distrust. The thought of the Anglo-Saxon liberal is: «Only I matter and screw everybody else». In my opinion, it is this same hypercompetitive spirit that has caused the famous antisocial behavior and the general unfriendliness characteristic of the Anglo-Saxon world.
Extreme Phoniness—The aforementioned hypercompetitivity leads many people to create a false persona in order to fit into Anglo-Saxon society and appear to measure up to its unrealistic benchmark of success and social respectability. They project a superficial image of themselves and pretend to be rich, popular, respected and admired. They say whatever they are expected to say and act however they are expected to act and even speak in a forced manner in order to be a part of a uniform social culture which revolves around pure narcissism and posturing. It is almost impossible to be oneself in Anglo-Saxon society. One must only express the same accepted opinions* and display the same expected emotions. Anybody who is honest and authentic will inevitably find themselves out of place in the majority of social contexts.
*I have often wondered why group conversations of Anglo-Saxon people tend to be so limited and superficial. I believe that the answer lies in the historical industrial ethos of their societies. In industrial cultures such as the United Kingdom and the United States everybody is expected to fall in line and perform a determined economic function in a robotic fashion. People are not supposed to express strong opinions about anything of importance or verbalize any thought that differs significantly from the established paradigm. They are only supposed to work without complaint and consume in the market of the masters. Therefore, only the most trivial and noncontroversial observations are considered acceptable.
Moralistic Attitude—Anglo-Saxon societies are historically based on the values of Protestantism and as such have long been pervaded by a repressive spirit of puritanism albeit in an increasingly secularized form. The Anglo-Saxon mind is dominated by a rigid judgmental outlook and countless moral hang-ups and is totally unable to fathom any kind of true free-spiritedness or authentic individuality. Those cultures are among the least free despite their touted ideals of «liberalism». First of all, the Anglo-Saxon is a pathological slave to the notions of «You must/must not» and «Is this normal?». He imposes upon himself and upon others strict patterns of conformity and is quick to criticize any thought, opinion or behavior that is not «normal» or «correct». There must always be for him a clear distinction between the «normal» and the «freaks» or «conformists» and «outcasts» just as his fanatical Protestant forebears were always determined to distinguish between the «righteous» and the «unrighteous» or «saints» and «sinners». Second, the Anglo-Saxon has imbibed the puritan notion that he must sacrifice himself and suffer in order to be considered upstanding and worthy. He believes that he is only «moral» when he toils relentlessly. He considers that enjoyment is only acceptable once it has been earned through suffering. Could anyone ever be more hopelessly slavish? Finally, the Anglo-Saxon remains a victim of his renowned prudishness with regard to sexuality despite his secular tendencies. Flirtation, sexual innuendo, dating and sex itself are surrounded by a sense of awkwardness in a way that is totally absent in other cultures and there is much hostility towards prostitution, stripclubs and any kind of erotica. This culture of sexual repression, however, has paradoxically led to the irrational pedestalization and commodification of feminine sex appeal which exists throughout the whole Anglophone world.
War of the sexes—Anglo-Saxon societies are characterized by an unusual and most unfortunate rift between the genders. Things are awkward between men and women. They do not get along. A thinly veiled anti-male attitude pervades many female spaces. Anglo-Saxon women make no secret of their contempt for men and often view them as little more than dehumanized economic utilities. This is an inevitable byproduct of an excessively materialistic society in which the focus of human relationships is typically material gain. The truth is that Anglo-Saxon feminism with its blatant misandry has more things in common with puritanism and economic materialism than it does with Marxism or the civil rights movement, hence its tendency to vilify male sexuality (i.e., the male desire for women) and encourage the economic exploitation of men on the part of women. This generalized hostility has in turn caused many Anglo-Saxon men to harbor murderous hatred towards their own women. Nowhere else in the world is misogyny so rife than in regions such as England and North America. Many Anglo-Saxon men openly detest Anglo-Saxon women. They prefer more feminine foreign women and are increasingly marrying women from Asia and other exotic lands. The animosity between men and women in the Anglosphere is truly unique. It is almost nonexistent in other parts of the world.
All of the above points represent what I feel are the most fundamental components of Anglo-Saxon dysfunctionality. Oftentimes they overlap with one and another such as excessive ergomania and crass economic materialism and other times one is the primary cause of another (for example, a culture of ergomania gives rise to anti-intellectualism and a general climate of hypercompetitivity produces an increase of extreme phoniness in social settings). Anglo-Saxon societies constitute the epicenter of the «dystopian current» of the modern world. Many of the unwholesome ideals that have spread throughout the world have their origin primarily in that particular brand of uncivilization. In my opinion the powerful Anglo-Saxon nations of the North are no model to admire or emulate. They are deeply rotten and neuroticizing societies despite their apparent material prosperity and their nominal praise of freedom. I consider that the world on the whole should look elsewhere for its sources of cultural inspiration such as the Mediterranean nations with their soulful culture, their joie de vivre and their true free-spiritedness as well as other parts of Continental Europe with their superior level of sophistication.
Science and Reason: Another Kind of Moralism
The societies of the Western world—particularly those of North America and Northern Europe—have suffered greatly from a moralistic disease of the mind ever since the unfortunate arrival of the cult of Protestantism in the 16th century. The Protestant ethos has been the source of the greater part of the illiberality, judgmentalism and sanctimony which pervade Anglo-Saxon culture. In centuries past, the holier-than-thou crowd—those who feel the need to police the lives of others—would use the Bible (or at least their own interpretations of its verses) and established religious dogma to shame those who refused to conform to their grim and puritanical one way and one vision. The nonconformists were always condemned as sinners, apostates, reprobates and devil worshippers.
Today the same moralistic spirit continues to exist in full force. The only difference is that it has outwardly stripped itself of its religious symbolism, adopting a more secular veneer. Society is now permeated by a new strain of «rationalist moralism» whereby the rigid authoritarian types attempt to use modern scientific theories in order to bolster their ideas about how people ought to behave and condemn those who deviate from their preconceived notions of morality. This new generation of «sciencier-than-thou» moralists will argue that people must «work hard» in the name of the modern ideal of «progress», that theists and men of spiritual instincts are heretics because «science proves atheism!», that gay people are degenerates because a homosexual orientation does not lead to procreation (the secular religion of Social Darwinism) and that male-to-female transsexuals are always delusional nutcases since they will never be able to change their male XY chromosomes. The nonconformists are dismissed as deviants, irrationalists, mystics and evolutionary failures.
Higher aristocratic minds and the truly free-spirited do not care for the absurd moralisms and petty social taboos of others. Our unfettered souls sense the glaring artificiality and the unescapable subjectivity of such constructs of men regardless of whether they are allegedly backed up by divine revelation or by modern science or even by «reason» (or one man's interpretation thereof). We understand that such matters as who sleeps with whom and who identifies with what gender are trivial at most and bear no real importance in the greater scheme of this vast universe of the supreme consciousness. «Science» and «rationality» have become the new religion and the new basis of moralizations of human behavior. We prefer to ignore all of that claptrap and live free from all of the moral hang-ups and the restrictive illiberality of certain people of the modern world.
Mental Correctness: Moralism of Thoughts
World-Weary Guy—I am tired of living just to work, doing each day a job which I despise, having so little freedom in my life and finding myself trapped in this alienating routine. I barely have a social life and feel estranged from the superficial culture which surrounds me. I wish my life were different. I would love to be wealthy and free to enjoy life and live on my own terms.
Mental Correctionist—How dare you complain about your life, you ungrateful little bastard! You ought to be thankful to be alive and have a place to live and a source of income and live in a land of peace! There are people who are homeless, who live in poverty, who suffer from horrific diseases and who are stuck in war-torn thirdworld countries! You ought to be happy with your life!
World-Weary Guy—But I just don't feel any joy. This life of constant toil and mindless conformity only suffocates my soul and makes me depressed. I can't help but feel miserable, even with the Prozac.
Mental Correctionist—You, sir, are a spoiled and ungrateful piece of shit! You ought to be ashamed of yourself!
There is a strange kind of moralist who becomes outraged by the idea that some people hold a sense of dissatisfaction with the present circumstances of their own lives and even proceeds to shame the dissatisfied for having such feelings of discontent. For him, to be unhappy with one's own lot is nothing short of a moral failure—one of ingratitude—given that there are often many examples of people who suffer more greatly. I have begun to call this attitude «mental correctness» and those who display it «mental correctionists».
Similar to the politically correct crowd who are determined to dictate what others are and are not permitted to say or write, the mental correctionists have taken things to new extremes wishing to control what people are and are not permitted to think or feel. They impose upon everybody a rigid morality of mentality and take it upon themselves to chide and berate anybody who does not hold the correct thoughts and the appropriate feelings, that is to say, an outward attitude of blissful contentment and an unshakable sense of thankfulness for everything. It would also be appropriate to call them the «moralists of obligatory gratitude».
I raise an objection to this variety of moralism on numerous grounds.
First, I believe that human beings have the right to their own thoughts and feelings regardless of whether they are congruent with the moral values and the emotional sensibilities of the rest of society. It would be wholly absurd and even arrogant to demand that others think and feel in a predetermined manner in every given situation. It is not right that a large part of society expects people to feign emotions and betray their own true inner state just to maintain a form of superficial harmony and appease the majority. Such a social custom lacks honesty and authenticity.
Second, it is obvious that every human being is a world unto himself with his own unique psychological profile and as such possesses his own idiosyncratic fears and aversions as well as his own particular tolerance threshold. Some people are able to endure certain difficulties with relative ease yet find themselves totally overwhelmed when it comes to certain other difficulties. That which is merely a minor source of distress for one person might be an insurmountable tragedy for another. It therefore makes no sense to judge everybody by the same uniform standard as though all men were simply the same carbon copy.
I know that I speak on behalf of the silent majority when I express my repudiation of the rarely mentioned attitude of mental correctness. Many people are sick and tired of being told constantly how they are supposed to be happy with their lives and feel a sense of gratitude for their homes, their full stomach, their firstworld lifestyle and even their jobs (!!) when in reality they often find themselves empty and depressed due to an unnatural modern life of relentless industry and imposed obligations as well as a resulting lack of free time and individuality. Meaningless jobs and foolish reality television might be okay for some people but for the rest of us this society feels more like a tedious life in prison.
Curiously, I have only ever encountered the phenomenon of mental correctness to a significant degree in Anglo-Saxon societies. It seems to be largely uncommon in the Mediterranean world where people are naturally more honest with regard to their own emotions. Anglo-Saxon societies, as we have already established, are industrial cultures in which everybody is subjected to strict puritan discipline and forced to give up the greater part of their own individuality in order to fulfill a specific economic function. People are not supposed to complain about their situation or mention how they really feel or express any kind of idiosyncrasy. They are expected to accept their place as a mere industrial unit and one of many cogs in a greater machine. It is in these kinds of extremely disciplined and ergomanic societies that this kind of moralism of thoughts naturally arises. Mental correctness serves as another method through which to shame the free-spirited and encourage them to fall in line.
Anti-Work: The Only Rational Antidote to the Pernicious Modern Work Ethic
The political right (capitalists, conservatives and self-styled «libertarians») wishes to preserve a world in which everybody works relentlessly except for the ultra-wealthy. In accordance with their vision, we should be bossed around by businessmen and corporate managers and live in order to work for their wages and consume within their market and under their financial system.
The political left (socialists, Marxists and even some supposed «anarchists») wishes to establish a world in which everybody works relentlessly without exception. In accordance with their particular ideological fetish, we should be bossed around by bureaucrats and party officials and live in order to toil under their own form of state corporatism and partake in their new proletarian culture.
Both of these rival currents advocate an ideology of work. They similarly assume that relentless industry is both good and necessary and that our lives would not have dignity without some kind of nine-to-five grind.
We ourselves, on the other hand, advocate the creation of a new form of post-industrial society in which nobody works (or at least in which human labor is reduced to an absolute minimum). In accordance with our futurological vision, it would be better for communities to establish their own communitarian economies and systems of public commons independent of centralized governments and the capitalist market and then automate the bulk of their productive operations through modern robotic technologies effectively redesigning our economies for the direct fulfillment of human needs and emancipating people from the present idea of «jobs». Our ideal is one of post-work.
In truth, we are more honest than the rightists and the leftists, for we recognize that constant labor compelled by external economic factors and turned into a way of life is without doubt the source of the greater part of the misery and unhappiness in the world and that it is not something to glorify. We are opposed to the various ideologies of work. We call for the repudiation of the unwholesome modern «work ethic», the abolition of work itself to the extent possible, the elevation of leisure and freedom and the right to unemployment. May machine replace Man as the new slave class.
The Rebellion against Work
The idea of work itself has no intrinsic value. It does not confer dignity. It does nothing to ennoble the soul. All of the talk about the pride of work is nothing more than moralistic nonsense. The honest truth is that the present culture of employment (i.e., the 40 hour workweek) only serves to exhaust the human being, vampirize his vitality, stultify his mind and deprive him of his precious time and his creative energy. It is nothing more than a cruel yoke and an overwhelming obstacle to any kind of cultivation of the mind or elevation of the individual. In industrial societies people have to be purposely reduced and rendered less complete in order to become suitable for a life of work. They are passed through a process of spiritual castration and forced to abandon their own free-spiritedness and their own inner brilliance in order to function as an exploitable resource. We all know deep down that that work in its modern sense is simply an unfortunate waste of human life yet our society continues to pay lip service to its supposed dignity in the most unthinking manner.
We must all ask ourselves some simple questions. What are we doing with our lives? Why do we live like this? Why do we continue to accept this?
The sale of your labor to an employer in exchange for a wage was never really your own desire. The exhausting and monotonous routine which you call a «career» and which you do for «success» and «prosperity» was never really your own dream. Those «life goals» were simply imposed upon you by an education system of indoctrination and a society of systemic coercion which aim to turn you into a mindless economic automaton. The notion that people must «earn a living» through many hours of constant toil—a minimum of 40 of them to be precise—was never really your own morality. It was simply invented by the moralists of the Protestant work ethic a few centuries ago and imposed upon you by the capitalists and the financial elites of society. They have instilled in you this kind of thought because they wish to subject your mind to their own will and enslave you for their own economic benefit. However, it must be understood that none of these ideals are by any means objective or absolute but are rather mere constructs of men which people should examine in a critical light.
The so-called «slackers» and the anarchist types are correct in their rebellion against work. They understand that life should be so much more than a stultifying nine-to-five «job» and that our aspirations should be so much higher than a ridiculous corporate «career» in a world of crass economic materialism. More people need to call into question the present culture of employment and advocate alternative ways of life in this age of great technological potential for automation. More writers and people of influence need to express anti-work ideas openly and incorporate this train of thought into their own philosophies and creative projects. It is high time that we refuse to cooperate with this outmoded system of economic servitude and begin to demand collectively the creation of a different kind of society.
Survival of the Fittest: An Outlook of the most Foolish
There are people of a social Darwinian mentality who believe that advancement (both individual and social) is only possible in an environment of fierce competition for scarce resources among rival entities and speak endlessly about the «survival of the fittest». They incorporate a posture of aggressive individualism into all aspects of life and praise actions born out of a notion of cutthroat hypercompetitivity. These self-professed competitors consider that in the economic realm the rich should hoard resources and exploit the poor and support the subjugation of less advanced nations by those which are more militarily powerful because, according to their own worldview, it is natural for the strong to oppress the weak. In everyday life their only objective is to climb to the top in the rat race and outcompete others for wealth, social status, political influence and sexual opportunities. Their ilk often argues that their ruthless egoism is a positive trait favored by evolution and that it is this quality that makes them superior.
The proponents of these kinds of social Darwinian ideologies are mindless cretins. Their outlook is foolish. A context of cutthroat competition for resources does not favor the advancement of the individual or society on the whole nor does it foster the production of excellence. It only creates chaos and entropy. It only retains the greater part of men in an absurd struggle for the most basic level of survival thereby depriving them of the opportunity to develop their more intellectual and more artistic faculties or create higher forms of civilization. Peace, cooperation and order are indispensable for substantial advancement. Colonial imperialism does not always produce a higher type of culture in the lands where it has been imposed nor does it does necessarily elevate the condition of the conquered. Oftentimes a militarily superior yet culturally inferior nation simply destroys societies of great cultural substance and a harmonious way of life and subjects their people to a condition of humility and slavery. Today under capitalism we observe how the majority of the population is forced to wear themselves out relentlessly in a banausic rat race for a meager wage or sufficient profit and sacrifice much of their own individuality and potential for brilliance in the process while a small minority of sociopaths takes advantage of this situation of chaos and entropy in order to subjugate and exploit everybody else. The greater part of the outspoken «survival of the fittest» types are nothing more than the slightly more prosperous heads of human cattle in that same banausic rat race.
Higher types of men—those of a Promethean constitution—possess an inherent sense of nobility and loftier ideals. We understand that the greater specimens of humanity have transcended the brutish animalistic stages of our evolution. We wish to create orders of intelligent cooperation and social harmony in which many individuals may come together and flourish in a mutually complementary manner. We know that this kind of philosophy is the basis of superior civilizations (those of true integrity and cultural superiority and not the militaristic exploitative beehive dystopias of today). The truth is that the reckless individualistic scramble of the social Darwinist paradigm is nothing more than an unwanted hindrance to authentic progress. The more noble hold a persistent desire to improve the condition of our people and shape our societies into something better. This same instinct embodies the true essence of the concept of «civilization». Higher idealism is the mark of a superior man.
Atheism: The Modern Religion of Physicalist Nihilism
Atheistic materialism is out of all of the current religions and philosophies by far the most ridiculous and absurd account of reality despite its arrogant pretension to «rationality» and its purported monopoly on «science». It is even more retarded than young earth creationism and every other literalist interpretation of the same religious scriptures which its smug proponents deride so relentlessly. The materialist creation myth—every religion has its own—asserts that everything that exists simply popped into existence out of nothing and for no reason at all (nihilist mysticism) and that all of the complex processes of the cosmos which organize matter into coherent solar systems and make the emergence of life possible have come about purely by chance and without any inherent purpose or form of underlying intelligence. The highpriests of atheism whom so many mistake for scientists and philosophers push this incoherent dogma in an aggressive manner and even contrive their own theoretical equations for its justification—the justification of their own intellectual assumption that life has to be meaningless—and legions of devout followers of this religion of anti-meaning blindly accept these blatantly contrived explanations without further question as though they were gospel truth simply because they serve to justify their own collective creed. Many honest and discerning people remain skeptical of these unempirical assertions and point out the inconsistency of the mystical notion of «something out of nothing»; however, the believers of the highpriests of atheism will always dismiss the true skeptics as unintelligent and scientifically ignorant and accuse them of not having understood the arguments and the theories of their idols. Some materialist cosmologists will concede that the cosmic «Big Bang» was brought about by a prephysical «quantum fluctuation» but at the same time none of them would ever wish to recognize the preexistence of a prephysical quantum world and even less so one that is conscious and intelligent. That would sound too much like «deity», a concept which would inevitably imply design and purpose, two unthinkable taboos (and thoughtcrimes) as per the materialist doctrinal catechism. A physical effect always requires a physical cause. Such is an incontrovertible law of physics. This simple fact means that whatever came before the cosmic «Big Bang» and gave rise to the material universe has to be something nonphysical and incorporeal, something of pure information, something in effect mental, a primordial intelligence. Add to that all of the complexities and instances of apparent design throughout the cosmos and the question of consciousness itself and it soon becomes more logical to assume the existence of an intelligent creative force in the workings of reality. It is senseless to believe, as atheists do, that something as vast and intricate as this universe could ever emerge for no purpose at all. Atheistic materialism is utterly illogical and irrational. Our own mentalistic explanation that a primordial intelligence of pure mind or digital data creates and sustains material reality and that this cosmic creation along with many others exists exclusively for the evolution of consciousness makes a lot more sense.
Extraordinary Claims and Extraordinary Evidence
Carl Sagan famously remarked that «extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence». Skeptics of the paranormal often use this quote in order to dismiss any piece of evidence that supports a paranormal claim (in actual fact they simply continue to move the goalposts with regard to what counts as valid evidential data). But is this immortalized statement actually true? The first part topicalizes «extraordinary claims». This notion is problematic. What exactly qualifies something as «extraordinary»? And according to whom? That which is thought of as far-fetched and unbelievable in the context of one philosophical worldview might be considered likely and probable in another. Outlooks on reality are often highly subjective and based on many assumptions. The modern worldview is no exception despite its frequent pretension to «objectivity». The second part predicates a demand for «extraordinary evidence». This assertion is also bogus. In empirical science no type of special or unique evidence is required for certain topics of research that are deemed unpopular. That would be blatant fetishism of the worst kind. There is only the requirement for a uniform degree of evidence regardless of what phenomenon is being studied. Even if the supporting empirical data are only average by the standards of our science then they are still enough to substantiate the topic of research or even «prove» it no matter how paranormal or outlandish it may be (in the perception of the mainstream).
The Origin of Religious Adherence
It is well known that the greater part of the organized religions are not only based on pious deception but also prove to be considerably harmful. Some more potent varieties such as Christianity and Islam ensnare their followers in sectarian modes of thought, distort their ability to reason, fill them with fear and hysteria and all kinds of other neuroses and even lead them to irrational violence and spontaneous outbreaks of mental illness while milder forms such as the various Buddhist sects simply separate initiates from the real world with their ascetic teachings and their consequent negation of life and lead the soul to a state of stagnation. Today many people are suspicious of churches and cult organizations. They are often aware of cases of outrageous acts of abuse committed by corrupt clergymen and shameless scams orchestrated by fake gurus. It seems that only negative things come out of organized religion in the long run yet we all know that millions of people worldwide continue to be a part of numerous hierarchical sects and charismatic movements.
Why are so many people drawn to these kinds of religions despite all of the obvious harm associated with them?
In a typical religious organization whether it be a minor sect or one of the major world faiths we find multiple levels of adherence. In the upper echelons of the hierarchy of leadership there are the willful deceivers and the sociopathic conmen. They are the priests of high rank and the larger-than-life guru types who seek to hold authority over other people and line their pockets with the money of their followers and who are often caught up in shameful scandals wherever they go. Below them are the fervent believers and the diehand fanatics. They are the lower clergymen and the obsessive devotees who truly believe in the precepts of the sect or the teachings of the cult personality and practice the faith to the foot of the letter. These people are instrumental for the survival and the expansion of the organization. Finally, at the bottom of the pyramid are the lay members and the casual adherents. They are the great majority who only identify with the religion loosely and from time to time participate in its rituals and ceremonies often with limited knowledge of its doctrines. These people typically have relatives who belong to the sect or live in a community in which its vision is pervasive.
Most human beings are spiritual by nature. We sense intuitively that we each have an eternal soul which dwells within our temporary material bodies and that there exist transcendental immaterial realms beyond the horizons of this immediate physical reality. Our inner vision tells us that at the most fundamental level everything consists of pure interconnected spirit or mental substance and that our own souls or individual fragments of consciousness originate from those higher, more substantial realms and only reside in this derivative reality momentarily. All human cultures have held spiritual traditions and a belief in deity and the soul. They have all contemplated a spiritual creator, the existence of nonphysical entities and an afterlife of some sort. Even today in highly secular societies most people continue to believe in some elements of the supernatural such as intelligent design, the survival of consciousness, reincarnation, mediumship and ghosts despite the strong influence of scientific materialism. Atheism is an anomaly. Materialist intellectuals have long sought to explain the emergence of spiritual belief with various hypotheses such as inspiration in dreams or psychedelic experiences or schizophrenic episodes but none of them will ever consider an origin of spirituality situated in reality. We on the other hand assert that many aspects of spirituality are real and that it is for this precise reason that spiritual belief has always formed an integral part of the human experience.
Religious people including both casual adherents and the diehard fanatics are drawn to the organized religions due to their own natural spiritual instincts. They seek spiritual connection and encounters with their own inner divinity. They long for tangible teachings and a coherent metaphysical framework that will orient them in their own spiritual lives. The priests of the sects and the popular religious movements understand this very well. They prey upon these spiritual urges of men. They use their own purported spiritual authority in order to lure them into their churches and their retreats and subject them to their own man-made doctrines. The predatory cult leaders and their fanatical lackeys speak about spiritual concepts such as deity, the soul and the afterlife and sometimes even reincarnation and spiritual evolution and then they mix them with their own enslaving dogmas such as «Original Sin» and «karma» and demand absolute obedience and devotion to the god or the angels or the ascended masters of the sect in exchange for «redemption» and «salvation». Insubordination is often met with threats of divine punishment and condemnation. Since many people have a relatively low level of consciousness and do not research matters or question teachings skeptically they often simply assume that the religious beliefs of their family and their community are true no matter how unnatural they might be and as a result are quick to join the organized religions of the priests.
Spirituality and religion are not exactly the same thing. The former is a basic instinct which exists naturally in the human being and drives us to desire to evolve whereas the latter is purely a contrived creation which imposes arbitrary constraints upon human conceptions of the spiritual and in many cases serves to enslave the mind and obstruct our evolution. Spirituality already exists in the soul abundantly. It is through the later exploitation of this same intuition that so many churches and cult organizations have managed to seduce millions of converts and become so powerful.
Love: The Highest Spiritual Ideal?
«Love is the only truth»—Such is the blissful mantra of many of the popular religions and all of the New Age sects.
That love has been elevated as the highest spiritual ideal is very much by design. The power elite of the «New World Order» which has been behind the creation of the New Age movement and many other programs of social engineering knows too well that love alone is a harmless ideal. The masters understand that the meek Christian enthralled by the unconditional love of Christ and with infinite love and forgiveness even for his worst enemies will never pose a legitimate threat to their hegemony. The oppressors envision that the peaceful hippy New Ager delighted by the unconditional love of the Pleiadians and the Ascended Masters and with his aversion to all hostility will never lead a violent rebellion against them.
Love has been glorified as the only path to enlightenment because it serves to emasculate the minds of men and destroy in them the natural warrior instinct. Love has been eulogized as the salvation of mankind because it quells all thoughts of vengeance and violent resistance. Love has been touted as the bringer of a new era of peace and prosperity for the same reason that it is totally unable to bring about any real change and will always lead us into a state of inactivity. The power elite fears an unruly and warlike populace. It does not fear love and pacifism.
Knowledge, not love, is truly the highest spiritual ideal. Knowledge awakens us from darkness, allows us to discern lies and deception, grants us power and self-sufficiency and makes possible our true freedom. The spirituality of the future must be based on the pursuit of enlightenment and personal evolution. Knowledge is the beginning of everything.
Extreme Misfortune: Karma, Life's Lessons or Something Else?
The sects of the New Age and certain other philosophies of the Right Hand Path teach that extreme misfortune—a severe congenital disability, debilitating illness, poverty, impotence or the brutal slaying of one's own family—is caused by the karma of our sins in previous lives. Our souls, we are told, must reincarnate into an assortment of adverse conditions and suffer many forms of pain here on Earth in order to pay off «karmic debts» and reach its «atonement» or its liberation from the eternal wheel of «samsāra». Miserly men must be reborn into a life of abject poverty in order to experience what it means to be poor, abusers must be reborn into an abusive family in order to be abused and murderers must be reborn into an environment of great hostility in order to be murdered. Thus the same cycle of transgressions and justice continues indefinitely.
What an outrage! Such a doctrine of redemptive suffering is utterly depraved! Not only does this obscene notion of karmic retribution end up blaming innocent human beings for all of the evils of the world but it also more importantly serves to justify artificial hierarchies, conditions of social inequality, systems of exploitation and the worst injustices. With this same «sacred revelation», a political elite will always convince the lower strata of society that their own imposed order or caste system is natural and just, that the masters live lives of great privilege by virtue of their past-life righteousness, that the poor and the enslaved conversely live lives of poverty and slavery as a result of their criminality in previous incarnations and that the weak and the downtrodden must resign themselves to their lot in this world without contention. Karma is the Eastern twin of the loathsome biblical notion of Original Sin. It is the doctrine of tyrants and the creed of slaves.
Many sects and philosophies of this same current include also a pedagogical interpretation of suffering. Their «gurus» and «channelers» assert that many kinds of extreme misfortune serve as the vehicle for some kind of lesson through which the consciousness of human beings can continue to evolve. For many this is the fundamental reason for the existence of the whole system of karma itself. In accordance with this perspective, some advanced souls choose to reincarnate as cripples, paupers, mentally handicapped or social outcasts in order to experience greater challenges in the material world and thereby achieve higher levels of spiritual evolution. These souls, it is taught, have volunteered to live a disadvantageous life under the advice of their own «spirit guides» and the «lords of karma».
Pfff! What absolute nonsense! What an absurd and empty understanding of «spiritual evolution»! There is no advantage whatsoever to having been born weak and handicapped. Such a predicament is nothing more than a total hindrance. What good could ever come out of being retarded? A retard is unable to learn the more complex aspects of life because of his mental disability. What good could ever come out of being trapped in a wheelchair? A cripple is unable to explore the world freely or develop himself athletically because of his lame body. What good could ever come out of being ugly or socially inept? Such a misfit will only live an unworthy life of alienation and misery. These kinds of adversities do not build up the individual or ennoble the soul. They only break down their victims and obstruct true spiritual development. The New Age movement and the greater part of existing religions are insidious programs of counter-evolution and mind control. They only serve to enslave the minds of men through their contrived doctrines of submission and redemption.
Promethean spirituality, on the other hand, understands that the soul evolves more easily through edifying experiences and is only able to reach «godhood» through the total ascension of the Kundalini and the alchemical «Opus Magnum». This implies the study of the true Yoga, the practice of meditative techniques and the alchemy of the soul. Unfortunately, this kind of original occultism is almost completely forgotten in this present time of Kali Yuga, having been largely eclipsed by the religions of self-abnegation and the pseudo-spirituality of the New Age.
Why does terrible suffering exist?
On a more superficial level many of the evils of this world are directly caused by the widespread ignorance and the total lack of consciousness which characterize many human beings and the societies which they make up. It has been this way for thousands of years. Our whole «civilization» is founded on greed and enslavement of living beings. Our governments initiate brutal wars and invasions and raise their own political ideals and economic ambitions above life itself. A large part of our people divide themselves into tribalistic factions and quarrel endlessly over hackneyed doctrines and illusory ideologies. This is the current state of humanity. Most people are not even disturbed by this fact. They see it as normal. They are too concerned with trivial matters such as reality television or popular sporting events or some new fashion trend or some new luxury item on the market to care about the abject poverty throughout many regions of the planet or the sickening actions of the psychopathic criminals of the global elite who enslave whole populations, plunder limited resources, make war with the nations and commit countless genocides. In short, a great deal of the terrible suffering is evidently man-made.
On a more fundamental level—and this is simply my own interpretation based on much speculation—there exist so much disorder and so many sources of extreme misfortune in this world primarily due to the intrusion of the «archons» or hostile interdimensional entities (the false god Yahweh and his archangels, the «asuras» of Hindu mythology, the «evil angels» of the famous Prophecy of Thoth, the «reptilians» of the various conspiracy theories) and their subsequent control of our local cosmic environment during Kali Yuga. The negative presence of these archontic parasites and enslavers has reduced the frequencies of our world and given rise to inordinate levels of entropy throughout our reality. Tyranny and obscurantism have swept through the lands. Institutions of subjugation and exploitation have taken root everywhere. The human being has been degraded into an unthinking slave and a passive follower. Perhaps even the material fabric of our local cosmic environment has been distorted in some way. Curiously the Bible itself explains that it was Yahweh himself who introduced the manifold evils into the human world upon becoming aware of the awakening of humanity (Genesis 3:14-19; 22-24). From our perspective, the supposed «spirit guides» and «lords of karma» of which the sects of the New Age speak and which appear in the later phases of many near-death experiences are the same archontic impostors who trap many souls in this anomalous reality and force them to reincarnate under adverse conditions. They are the ultimate architects of this dystopian world.
Suffering and Evolution
It can be said that there are two different types of suffering: one that constructs and another that destroys.
Constructive suffering refers to an experience of physical or mental challenge through which the subject is able to overcome himself and thereby develop his own attributes. It is a struggle against oneself which strengthens the spirit and elevates one's character and leads to the cultivation of virtues, tangible skills and objective achievements.
An obvious example of this kind of suffering would be the practice of martial arts. The student subjects himself to the constant pain of physical exercise and the contest of hand-to-hand combat day after day over the course of months or even years in order to train his body and cultivate great mental discipline. Each class involves muscular effort, exhaustion and situations of adversity but each week the student becomes stronger, more durable, more focused and more skillful. Another example would be the composition of an interesting book or an insightful essay. The writer must focus his mental energy for many hours at a time and overcome prolonged stress and fatigue in order to give birth to a great literary masterpiece or an original and coherent article. Creation is always accompanied by struggle.
Destructive suffering, on the other hand, refers to a difficulty or adverse condition that only serves to break down its victim and leads to nothing else but stagnation and weariness. It does nothing to ennoble the soul. It only obstructs the pursuit of evolution.
Examples of this kind of suffering include poverty, toil and illness. There is nothing to gain from economic hardship. The persistent worry of the possibility of destitution and homelessness only weighs upon one's physical and mental health. The malnutrition typical of the lower socio-economic strata only reduces the functioning of the body and the mind. There is no inherent value in a life of relentless labor in a miserable factory. The long hours of drudgery only exhaust the individual and take time away from truly ennobling pursuits and true personal development. There is no advantage to being sick and bedridden. The ailment only debilitates the body and requires prolonged rest from activity. These unfortunate ills only result in a diminution of personal power.
The Myth that a Privileged Existence leads to Insolence and Haughtiness
In this society, there seems to exist the widespread notion that wealth and privilege will inevitably ruin the moral character of human beings and lead them to a life of debauchery and conceit. Rich kids are invariably portrayed as obnoxious brats and arrogant jerks spoiled beyond repair by their doting parents. Aristocrats and millionaires are usually stereotyped as sociopathic bullies and evil tyrants whose hearts have been eternally poisoned by their own immense power and their resulting inflated sense of self-importance. The general knee-jerk reaction of the ordinary and their moralistic spokespeople is that these petulant people need to be humbled by «hard work» and «a taste of real life».
The truth, however, is that the moral character or virtue of a human being does not necessarily end in ruin simply because one possesses a great amount of wealth and enjoys a life of privilege. Such an assertion is totally absurd. A person's attitude towards life is largely determined by his current level of consciousness or the quality of his soul. Everything depends on energetic frequencies. There are many instances of people who are extremely wealthy and privileged yet at the same time of great human quality. Some millionaires are magnanimous and charitable and genuinely wish to use their wealth and their superior influence to help humanity and make the world a better place. They become great philanthropists. There are conversely many instances—far too many to enumerate—of people who belong to the lower social strata and live lives of relative hardship yet at the same time possess an extremely low degree of human quality. Many commoners and hardworking proletarians are nasty dickheads and vile sociopaths who do not care about anybody else and are prepared to hurt others. Their ranks include liars, thieves, violent thugs, shameless perverts and even murderers. In the end, a highly evolved soul will always be noble regardless of his class of birth or his economic condition.
It is obviously better to have been born into a life of wealth and privilege. That is simply common sense. It is undoubtedly advantageous to have incarnated into a family of aristocratic pedigree and with houses, ranches, old money and material abundance. This is especially the case for souls of high consciousness since they are able to use their wealth and their situation of security in order to act for the reshaping of the world in a more positive direction. The imposed lifestyle of relentless industry and the constant financial worries of the lower social strata only serve to obstruct the development of the individual. A high level of freedom is necessary for our elevation and our flourishing. Everybody knows this intuitively. The reason for which many of the unprivileged like to tear down the privileged and portray them as arrogant and immoral is often because of their own burning envy. They know deep down that there is nothing noble or glorious about their own lifestyle of hard work and restriction and so they look to demonize the privileged out of an ignoble mindset of «if I suffer then I want others to suffer too».
Majority Consensus does not equal Truth
Just because the majority believes something to be true does not necessarily make it so. Often the conventional interpretation rests on a fragile foundation of falsehoods and misinformation.
Just because the majority believes something to be false does not necessarily make it so. Often the mainstream thinkers are not aware of the alternative evidence or even purposely misrepresent an opposing argument in order to discredit it.
Cults of False Intellectual Depth
The world of popular media is populated by certain celebrity «experts» who have been appointed as scientific educators and authority figures and enjoy a cult-like following within a large part of society. I am speaking about people such as Neil deGrasse Tyson, Stephen Hawking and Carl Sagan. Let it be clear that these personalities are being paid by certain elements of the global elite to appear time after time on television and influence the perception of the masses. They are there to tell people how to think under the pretense of their superior academic acumen. These puppets of the establishment and their opinions have been totally aggrandized by the popular media. Whatever they have to say is taken as gospel truth. They will typically present some totally hackneyed and shallow argument masking this lack of depth with their high level of charisma and their cult-like status and then the host or the interviewer will blindly exclaim how their explanations are so mind-blowing or so deep or so insightful or so rational. A large part of the public will simply accept these opinions without question because they were expressed by the great Neil deGrasse Tyson who blows everybody's mind or the unparalleled supergenius Stephen Hawking. Anybody who does not agree with these celebrity «experts» will be dismissed as an idiot or accused of scientific ignorance. The highpriests have spoken. Behind all of the fancy talk about scientific enlightenment and the need for greater skepticism the underlying message is always the same: an unvarying defense of established intellectual dogmas and the promotion of a mechanistic nihilistic physicalistic vision of reality. The global elite which handles them wants nothing more than to convince us that we are merely insignificant meat robots in a meaningless universe and that the only purpose of life is to work and consume in their own soulless system. The «skepticism» which these frauds seek to promote is one that is only applied to the topics to which they are opposed such as deity, cosmic purpose and the paranormal; it must never be applied to their own intellectual assertions which are often presented as facts. The phenomenon of cults of false intellectual depth is not limited to popular science and academia. It is also commonly found in politics and economics as well as in religion and spirituality where large groups of people hold onto the every word of some self-proclaimed «guru» or «prophet». Too many people have subjected themselves to this disempowering «culture of experts».
Materialism and Social Engineering
I suspect that the propagation of the dreary and dehumanizing worldview of physicalist nihilism on the part of the official academic institutions has been largely orchestrated by design. The corporatocratic elite which controls much of the academic world and the mass media deems it profitable to engineer new generations of anti-spiritual atheists who are devoid of any kind of higher idealism or transcendental aspirations and who live only for economic prosperity and the material delights that it can buy. The nihilistic modern man constitutes the perfect slave.
Skepticism applied to Skeptics
It is always important to be skeptical of skepticism. Famous skeptics such as the likes of Michael Shermer and James Randi often write for skeptical magazines or represent skeptical organizations which are characterized by a very rigid preconceived view of the world. Their own livelihood and reputation within the skeptic community depend upon their persistent denial of the authenticity of the paranormal. Because of this these people have a strong motive to misrepresent facts and ignore any evidence that is not congruent with their own materialist dogmas. If they were to recognize the validity of a paranormal phenomenon then their own work would be invalidated and they themselves as writers and public speakers would be rendered irrelevant. They have built their own careers upon an anti-paranormal posture. This is the true reason for which famous skeptics will always move the goalposts and refuse to give serious consideration to any opposing point of view. They simply have too much to lose by admitting that they were wrong.
The Modern State is more Destructive than Anarchy
The ruling elite and their ideological followers decry the concept of an anarchic society and assert that a strong system of government—invariably their own particular government—is necessary in order to prevent the descent of society into a state of unbridled chaos and primitive savagery. At the heart of their argument lies the same Hobbesian notion that the modern state must exist in order to keep in check the supposed «barbaric» nature of Man and ensure the continuation of civilization. According to the rulers of government, their own strict authoritarianism and draconian control exist for our protection and our security and even for the safeguarding of peace and prosperity. They will tell any lie in order to justify their own existence.
The paradoxical reality, however, is that the large and overbearing governments of the modern age have undoubtedly caused many more wars and a far greater degree of destruction than any anarchic or semi-anarchic society of the past. Modern governments driven by the ulterior interests of corrupt banking cartels and predatory corporations have initiated many military conflicts and brought about the murder of countless troops and civilians throughout the decades. The death toll is already in the millions for the most recent Iraq War alone. Prior to the arrival of the large kingdoms and the modern state such levels of belligerence and inhuman devastation were almost nonexistent. Only such political entities have been able to wreak so much havoc upon humanity.
In truth, the popular idea of the feral state of Man in the absence of a strong authoritarian state is much more a projection of the fears and anxieties of the ruling class than any fact based on real historical or anthropological data. The political and economic masters have spread this myth precisely because they wish to control us and continue to subject us to their own established system. All of the talk about our protection and our security is simply an inverted pretext. Today the capitalist elite advocates a powerful government in order to enforce its own private property laws and order of systemic coercion and repress the legions of poor who attempt to resist their own system of financial tyranny. Even the so-called (right-wing) «libertarians» wish to retain at least some form of minarchist state in order to preserve the status quo of power of wealthy capitalists.
I believe that we would be fine or even much better off without the current governments and their myriad draconian laws and statutes and forms of social control. With the establishment of our own autonomous communities not only would we possess considerably greater freedom but we would also enjoy at the same time a lot more peace and prosperity. I do not believe that the concept of a state is necessarily bad in and of itself. Although our philosophy favors localized community councils for the direct organization of communities small regional governments may be beneficial for the coordination of larger collaborative projects. It is only this current form of government led by money-grubbing sociopaths in favor of the interests of big business and the perverse financial elite that is inherently harmful. The present ruling elites do not want us to know that they are not only a superfluous presence but also a detriment to the wellbeing of most people.
Two Different Kinds of Boredom
Boredom is a highly misunderstood term precisely because its meaning may encompass various subtle nuances. The misunderstanding is attributable to either the poverty of our own linguistic understanding or a lack of care on the speaker's part.
Minor Boredom—the most common kind—refers to a condition of free time or idleness in which one can find nothing to do. Without any chore or activity of escapism some people will complain that they are bored. They perceive that they always need some repetitive task to which to direct their hands or some moment of immediate excitement with which to occupy their minds. When these are absent they often feel restless. I contend, however, that only the boring and the mediocre experience this kind of boredom with any kind of regularity. The interesting and the highly gifted—those who possess great intellectual depth and creativity—seldom find ourselves bored due to an abundance of free time. There are always so many things that we would like to do. We always have a book to read, an article to write, a picture to paint or a topic to explore. We always seek to develop ourselves and unleash our own creative potential. Logically all of these things require ample leisure.
Major Boredom, on the other hand, describes a gripping weariness of the soul, an overwhelming listlessness of the inner being or a persistent sense of ennui. This kind of boredom involves an existential or metaphysical backdrop and arises from a deep sentiment of dissatisfaction with life. It is often the result of a tiresome modern lifestyle of relentless industry, unvarying monotony, alienation and helplessness. This problem tends to affect the brilliant and the intellectually deep who cherish higher pursuits and ponder the deeper dimensions of existence. The affected are typically tired of living to work and constantly jaded with their current situation of trappedness and their severe lack of free time for contemplation, the pursuit of their own passions or any form of substantial personal development. Major Boredom is without doubt one of the worst ills of this modern dystopian world. It often leads its victims to the darkest depressions.
The Accusatory Inversion: Beyond Slander
The Accusatory Inversion is an underhanded tactic by which a perverse, malevolent or otherwise inferior ingroup conspires to distort the public perception of a given situation through repeated lies and propaganda and project its own crimes, bad intentions and moral weaknesses onto a rival outgroup. Through its maintained distortion of reality, the ingroup effectively blames the outgroup for its own acts of evil and portrays itself deceptively as an oppressed victim of the latter, thus demonizing the outgroup and garnering for itself the sympathy of a largely unaware public. This kind of dishonest strategy of aggressor-victim role reversal has existed in politics and religion and all kinds of ideological battles throughout the centuries and continues to run rampant in today's world.
Example 1: The Garden of Eden—In Genesis, the mysterious Serpent rebels against the Hebrew god Yahweh and reveals to Adam the «Knowledge of Good and Evil», awakening him to the truth and making him like Elohim (i.e., the gods). Although it is more than obvious that the Serpent is a noble being of enlightenment who has freed the human race from the tyranny of a foreign entity and taught her about her inner godhood and her right to autonomy, the Judeo-Christian priests and theologians have slandered him as the «devil» and the «father of evil» and elevated their own demonic deity of genocide and blood sacrifice—the archontic impostor—as «benevolent creator» and «god of salvation».
Additional notes: 1) The Sumerian tablets which predate the Pentateuch by at least a millennium portray Enki, the Mesopotamian precursor of the biblical Serpent, as a benevolent and paternal deity who reveals to humanity great wisdom of the Anunnaki and the lores of civilization against the will of Anu who wishes to keep «worthless humans» in a condition of ignorance. 2) According to the Bible itself, it is Yahweh who curses humanity and introduces many evils into the human world as an act of vengeance (Genesis 3: 15-19; 22-24).
Example 2: Jewish Racism—Judaism has always been since its inception nothing more than a cult of Jewish supremacy. It followers literally believe themselves to be a tribe above all other nations, chosen by Yahweh himself, whom they consider to be the one true god and creator of the whole universe. As such, the Jews believe that it is their divine right to rule over all foreign peoples and take ownership of everything in the world. This idea is manifest throughout the Judaic literature. The Jewish lawbooks encourage the Jews to bankrupt and dominate Gentile kingdoms through usury and the obscene talmudic tradition of the rabbis views the «goyim» or non-Jews as mere beasts of burden created to serve the Jewish «master race». Judaism is the embodiment of racism of the worst kind. Its despicable ideology has inspired its elite members to conspire to infiltrate foreign societies and take control of their financial systems and power structures. As a consequence of their constant scheming, the Jews are almost universally despised and have been evicted many times from almost every nation where they have settled. Many Gentiles are wise to their anti-Gentile hostility and their famous parasitism. Yet so many Jewish intellectuals—all members of the xenophobic and parasitic tribe—cry out endlessly about how the Jewish race is an oppressed people, the victim of «anti-semitism», and how the Gentiles who oppose Judaism are «racists», «anti-semites», «hateful bigots» and «mentally ill». Judaism is the root of the Accusatory Inversion.
Additional notes: 1) Today Zionist Jews exert an abnormal level of influence over the highest echelons of banking, the Western governments and much of the media. They force the Western governments to support their warmongering state of Israel and their oppression of the Palestinian people and then accuse of «anti-semitism» anybody who opposes their depraved ideology. 2) Judaism and Zionism are inseparable. The theme of Jewish supremacy is found in even the earliest Hebrew scriptures.
Example 3: Christian Tyranny—Christianity, a later offshoot of Judaism, has always been opposed to other religions with its sectarian claim of being the one true faith. Throughout the Dark Ages, the Roman Catholic Church imposed its will upon the nations and destroyed systematically the autochthonous Pagan cultures of Europe. Its priestly elite outlawed all other religions and murdered in the most brutal manners anybody who refused to submit to its one way and one vision, often subjecting dissenters to the most harrowing forms of torture. However, fanatical Christians have always portrayed the victims of their unholy inquisitions as «ungodly heathens» and «enemies of divine morality» and themselves as «holy men» and a model of «righteousness».
Example 4: Feminist Sexism—The feminist women of today despise men and look to vilify all manifestations of masculinity. They wish to destroy men and make them weak and powerless. Modern feminism encourages women to view males only as disposable economic utilities, divorce their husbands for financial gain, accuse their boyfriends and sexual partners of rape falsely or otherwise treat men like dirt. However, according to the same feminist scoundrels, men are inherently oppressive, sexist, misogynistic and toxic and the women who swindle their husbands and make false rape allegations do so because they are an oppressed class and the real victims.
The Accusatory Inversion is a cheap perversion of truth exploited by loathsome miscreants of the lowest levels of consciousness. It seeks to turn evildoers into victims and victims into evildoers.
Feminism as Misandric Gender Tribalism
Feminism is nothing more than a cult of misandric gender tribalism and female ingroup chauvinism. It has nothing to do with gender equality or women's rights. The true concern of feminism is the dynamic of social power. Its aim is to undermine all male strength and influence and elevate the status and the privileges of women in an artificial manner under the guise of the «struggle against gender inequality». The feminist is consumed by an intense hatred of the masculine and a deep sense of envy. She wishes to emasculate men and render them impotent. Her intention is to tear them down so that she may rule over them. Subjugation is her end game.
The feminist is not strong. She is usually weak and unspectacular and without social prestige. Her weapons are therefore moralizing and shaming. Feminist ideology holds as its fundamental axiom that masculinity is oppressive and that women on the whole are oppressed by men and their patriarchal societies. Women are victims by default and men are their vile abusers. Of course, in accordance with the feminist interpretation of reality, the «oppressed» female ingroup is universally the «good» party who must be protected and empowered whereas the «oppressive» male outgroup is invariably the «evil» tyrant who must be dethroned and punished. The whole feminist narrative rests upon this assumption of female victimhood at the hands of men and so feminist ideologues and «activists» seek to validate it by any means necessary. They say that the male desire for women is «sexual objectification» and that marriage is a form of patriarchal exploitation. They argue that traditional femininity is a demeaning construct imposed by men and that «misogyny» or hatred of women is rife throughout all facets of society. Everything must be done so that men appear as the oppressors and women as the oppressed.
Feminism is an ideology of revenge and so the alleged victimizers must be brutally victimized. There is inevitably a demand for blood. Feminists accuse any man of whom they disapprove of «sexism» and «patriarchal violence». They call for his reprimand or chastisement at the hands of a rabid society already pervaded by hypocritical selective outrage and a vicious witch hunt mentality. Men who like to sleep with many youthful and traditionally attractive females in the typical playboy fashion are denounced as perverts and misogynists. The moralists of society will create scandals out of the alleged promiscuity of politicians and other men of influence and demand that they resign from their position of authority. Male employees of large international companies or governmental departments who express opinions that feminists do not like or even say something that has been misconstrued by the feminist thought police are accused of «verbal harassment» or «sexist hate speech». The moralists of society will demand that he be fired from his post and lose his source of income. As though that were not enough, many particularly perverse feminists advocate divorce laws that make it easier for women to clean out their husbands financially, oppose the legalization of prostitution in order to deprive men of sexual options and seek to redefine the judicial definition of rape in order to criminalize whichever male they want. Men must be humiliated and destroyed.
Misogyny is largely a myth. Feminists have had to invent it in order to justify their own mindless ideology of misandry. The truth is that the overwhelming majority of men have great love and respect for women. They cherish natural feminine charm and inner beauty. Every man has a mother. Many men have sisters or daughters or aunts or grandmothers or female cousins. Some men have a girlfriend or a wife whom they love dearly or even good female friends. On top of that countless men have grown up with a code of chivalry and will always defend women and treat them with great kindness. Men of a misogynistic inclination are relatively rare and when they do occur their sentiments of misogyny are almost always caused by the negative influences of feminism which has promoted an absurd «war of the sexes» and turned so many embittered men against their own women. The true reason for which feminists despise men and the so-called «Patriarchy» is because many of them are mediocre and undesirable and possess low status within society. Almost all of them would happily take the place of the beautiful, prosperous and highly desirable models, singers and actresses if they had the chance.
Feminism is a decadent force which encourages women to behave with blatant ingroup favoritism, irrational selfishness and generalized hostility towards men. It does not lead to any kind of true liberation from oppression and injustice or offer any kind of positive solution to the ills of the world. This disturbing movement has only served to increase chaos and entropy throughout society. It has caused untold sorrow and unhappiness for both men and women. It has torn apart countless families and communities wherever it has taken root. Feminism is a source of extreme social disintegration. It has mercilessly destroyed all possibility of healthy relationships between men and women.
Conspiracy Theories: A Smokescreen to conceal the True Identity of the Conspirators
Today the alternative media are full of self-professed leaders of the «Truth Movement» who claim to expose the mysterious «Illuminati» occultists who are supposedly the shadowy architects of the «New World Order». Many «truthers», who already have lucrative book deals and are given generous air time on television, run around hysterically pointing out the vast occult symbolism that has pervaded the entertainment industry for the last few decades and telling everybody that the global elite and their showbiz lackeys are in fact evil «Satanists» and «devil worshippers». They will say: «Look at Jay-Z! He makes a pyramid with his hands! He is in the Illuminati! He worships Satan!» That there are many occult symbols throughout the entertainment industry is very much by design.
In truth, the authors of the «New World Order» are not really Satanists in sensu stricto or even Pagans for that matter but rather Zionist Jews who adhere to the perverse cult of blood sacrifice and genocide of the psychopathic Hebrew god Yahweh and are implementing his nefarious covenant of world domination in the material realm. The present system of social control and progressive economic enslavement at the hands of Jewish banking institutions and the powerful Western governments unconditionally allied with the rogue state of Israel represents the materialization of the unholy «Messianic Age» of the Jewish religion envisioned in the eschatological «prophecies» of the Old Testament and elaborated in the obscene talmudic literature of the rabbinical elite. The Zionist Jews have always been the true foremost conspirators behind the «New World Order». They are the «Chosen People» of the impostor god and chief of the archons Yaldabaoth-Yahweh.
The kosherite conspiracy theorists such as Alex Jones and other establishment shills would never dare to mention the Judaic reality of the conspiracy. Instead they simply refer to this elite using vague and empty terms such as «Illuminati» or «globalists» and continue to put out nonsense theories about how the masters belong to an ancient Babylonian or Egyptian mystery cult and conspire to overthrow «Judeo-Christian heritage» and establish in its place a dark «Pagan» or «Luciferian» order. The Jews who control the entertainment industry project Pagan imagery on purpose. Those were the sacred symbols of our ancestral religions. The Zionist illusionists masquerade as Satanists and then shift the blame onto the Pagan mystery schools of the past in order to conceal their true identity and spread even more confusion.
